RUN YOUR MOUTH

WHO WE ARE.
At Run Your Mouth, we believe in the power of movement to transform mental health. We provide a safe space where those uncomfortable discussing their feelings can find solace and strength through exercise. Our mission is to empower individuals to embrace movement as a means of expression and healing, fostering a community of support, understanding, and growth.
Get to Know Us
Run Your Mouth was born out of a shared journey of loss and a deep desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others. Founded by Jack Howes and Owen Rodgers, two former athletes from Le Moyne College Men's Lacrosse, our organization emerged from the heartache of losing close friends and teammates to the silent struggles of mental health.
Driven by the belief that awareness alone is not enough, we set out to create a platform for action and support. Run Your Mouth is more than just a nod to conversation; it's a commitment to change. We understand firsthand the power of movement as a tool for healing and expression, and we've made it our mission to provide a space where individuals can find strength and community through physical activity.
At Run Your Mouth, we're dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health by fostering open dialogue and offering practical support. Through our programs and initiatives, we strive to empower individuals to prioritize their mental well-being and embrace the healing potential of movement.
Join us as we run towards a future where no one suffers in silence, where every step forward is a step towards healing, and where the power of community prevails over adversity. Together, we can make a real impact in the lives of those who need it most.
